Ed Peji brings a wide range of skills, creativity, experience, and passion to Ed Peji Creative.
Even from a very young age, Creativity and Entrepeneurship was evident, an elementary school child creating
and branding his own lucrative, custom greeting cards to fund his love for reading and collecting comic books.
Supply and demand, viral marketing, product quality and business operations was learned quite early on.

In 1986, Mr. Peji began his freelance cartooning career. He created such characters as Macho Firefighter Man for D.E. Williams Fire Apparel; Billy, Brock and the Recycables for EDCO and SD Recycling; and Fireball Freddy for Endless Possibilities. Mr. Peji received the distinguished International Creative Award.

In 1991, Mr. Peji did work for American Film Technologies. AFT was one of the first computer-generated cartoon animation studios. He worked on such projects as Attack of the Killer Tomatoes (a Saturday morning cartoon) and the short film Diner by Gahan Wilson.

In 1993, Ed took a break from cartoon illustration and was vital in the creation of a production facility for Upper Deck Authenticated, a new company created by Upper Deck Card Company and Bruce McNall Sports (owner of the Los Angeles Kings Hockey Team). Upper Deck Authenticated had exclusive contracts with sports stars like Joe Montana, Dan Marino, Wayne Gretzky, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Reggie Jackson, Mickey Mantle, Tiger Woods and Jeff Gordon. Mr. Peji managed the production facility, developed products, assisted in the creation of retail stores and venues, and represented Upper Deck with Athlete and Public Relations. He represented Upper Deck and Media Sports Entertainment for baseball legend, Mickey Mantle's last 7 shows.

                                             

In 1995, Mr. Peji's services were called upon by Back Bay Merchandising, a mail order catalog company that served numerous professional sports teams like the LA Lakers, Mighty Ducks, Boston Celtics, LA Kings and Pittsburgh Penguins. Mr. Peji created the production and new product development facility.Back Bay did exclusive memorabilia signings with Big names like Magic Johnson, Mickey Mantle, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Larry Bird and Bill Russell.

Through Back Bay Merchandising, Mr. Peji would create and co-develop a new sports collectibles business. Media Sports and Entertainment was born. The company specialized in athlete signings and retail sales of sports collectibles and memorabilia. As Director of Operations, Mr. Peji opened a retail location at Universal Studios Hollywood called All Star Collectibles, creating all it's operational and business policies. The first year's sales revenue was in excess of 2.2 million dollars. Two more locations would soon follow in Florida and New York. All Star Collectibles was acquired by the holding company, GE.

In 1998, Ed Peji returned to his original passion. He opened P.G. Graphics, a company that specialized in cartoon illustration and graphic design. While doing this, Mr. Peji was offered a partnership in Toonscape.com. Mr. Peji created the Business Plan and Business Model for an internet portal for all things cartoon. As President of the company, Ed Peji helped acquire $500,000 in seed capital and opened office in Downtown San Diego. Toonscape.com made a huge presence in the Cartoon, Japanese Animation, Video Gaming and Comic Book industries.

In 2000, Ed Peji started the millennium, by creating Dynamo City. Dynamo City was an internet company that also had a brick-and-mortar retail store. The store was a sexy internet, gaming café that also had unique, cutting edge gifts and apparel. Dynamo City introduced Razor Scooters, Electric Scooters and Herbal Energy Drinks to San Diego. As the CEO and President of Dynamo City, Inc., Ed Peji added subsidiary divisions: Dynamo City Design and The Human Fuel Depot.

October 2002, now a master at start-up businesses, Mr. Peji wanted to make a new company that partnered with entrepreneurs to create new businesses and to help existing companies maximize their potential. Ed Peji Creative encompasses graphic design, branding strategies, marketing strategies, operational consulting and product and business creation. Through his passion for creating, he is able to share this talent with existing Businesses and to individuals looking to take that jump to start their own business.
